Your account

To use Engrow, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Each person may hold only one Engrow account. Accounts are non-transferable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Engrow is not liable for activities resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Paid plans

Engrow's paid plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew. When a plan expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with no further charges.

Three plans are available. Monthly: 59.000đ, valid for 30 days. Yearly: 499.000đ, valid for 365 days (save 30% compared to monthly). Lifetime: 999.000đ, one-time payment.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Fair use

Paid plans advertise 'unlimited' polishing sessions and flashcards. However, usage must be reasonable and consistent with individual learning purposes, not systematic or commercial processing.

If your usage exceeds reasonable fair-use thresholds (determined by Engrow based on behaviour analysis), we may contact you to discuss a more suitable plan, or apply temporary limits.

Your content

You retain full intellectual property rights over the text and content you submit to Engrow.

By submitting content, you grant Engrow a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, analyse, and store that content for the purposes of grading, gap analysis, and improving your learning experience.

Limitation of liability

Engrow is a learning support tool and does not guarantee that your English proficiency will improve within any specific timeframe. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Engrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
