Frequently asked questions

1. How do I cancel my paid plan?

No need to cancel — Engrow paid plans do not auto-renew. When a plan expires, your account automatically switches to the Free plan.

2. What happens when my paid plan expires?

You lose access to premium features (unlimited polishing, unlimited flashcards). All other data — including flashcards, XP, and streaks — is preserved.

3. How do I delete my account?

Send a deletion request to contact@engrow.app. We will process it within 24 business hours. This permanently removes all your data from the system.

4. Which platforms does Engrow support?

Engrow is currently available on iOS and Web. You can use the iOS app to practise anywhere or access it through a web browser.

5. Is my data secure?

Yes. We encrypt data in transit and at rest. We do not share your personal data with third parties other than the processing partners stated in the Privacy Policy.
